Luke Lambert Wines Crudo Chardonnay is a single site wine from the Denton Vineyard in the Yarra Valley. The vines grow on a north-west facing slope of granitic sandy soils.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed and its juice undergoes both primary and malolactic fermentation naturally. The wine then matures in large seasoned French oak barrels before bottling without fining or filtration.

Pale straw, Luke Lambert Wines Crudo Chardonnay has zesty citrus flavours, crisp green apple acidity and chalky minerality. Cellaring potential is five years.
